So, I was running errands with my mom (cause let's be honest.....I love spending time with my mom!) and we found ourselves at Cal Ranch. Well, thanks to my Grandpa Downs I have this soft spot in my heart for cowboy hats. My Grandpa Downs ALWAYS wore a cowboy hat! So, I found this little cowboy hat and put it on Simons head. I didn't think he would like it, but he wouldn't take it off! He loved it. So, it was a must purchase! And seriously, how cute does he look in it??? We taught him to say "Howdy Ma'am" and he tips the corner of the hat. It's so cute! I think Grandpa Downs would be pretty proud!

Just wait till he asks for his own horse, that gets expensive! haha! He does look really cute in a cowboy hat! Everytime Ashton rides his horse by himself, I always think of Grandpa too! I know he is smiling down from heaven, glad that the cowboy tradition still lives on in our family. Cowboys are fun to have around! Enjoy yours! He is too cute!
Where do you go to do that stuff to your pictures? The first picture that is, that says cowboy? Adorable! Well, we should have got the boys together last week! Now we only have two weeks till Russ' parents come home and we're gonna be busy busy cleaning and getting the house ready, and I want to say we'll do it in a couple of weeks, but July is full of stuff to do with his parents. Hmm....Ryker needs a friend to play with! Its been so long...

How cute is he? Ya I think Grandpa would be extremely proud. So adorable. Every time I go into one of those cowboy stores, I can't help but think of Grandpa in his plaid shirt and cowboy hat.

I love the last picture. Too cute, my sister actually LOVES cowboys, and has bought my kids the boots and wrangler pants, but Steve just wont have it. He just does not love it, and I think it is so DARN cute. Steve said he will draw the line at the belt buckle. Anyway, Simon is too cute.
