I have had the funnest couple days off work! I was getting a little burned out so I decided to take a little "me and Simon" time away from work! It's been awesome and I'm sad today is the last day of my "mini vacation". We have played and played and played! We have cleaned and cleaned and cleaned! We have attempted the potty training thing....made some progress, but still need some more time!
This is an awful picture of me (how does one look that crappy kissing their kid?), but I think Simon looks so cute! We have bonded so much this last couple days (I know that sounds lame, but I'm a working mom....we really don't get to spend many "awake" hours together). I sure do love my little man!!

I love this post! It is so cute! You look so beautiful! I am so glad that you got your much needed Simon time, but honestly I really missed him on Wednesday and I have missed you so much! So I am excited to have you back!

I don't mind a bit you visiting our page. Even though I am not working right now it seems that there are days that are just more bonding than others. Saige is working on brushing her teeth rather han just eating the toothpaste. We are getting pretty good a potty training during the wakeful hours but I am not attempting the nights or naps yet. I appreciate your offer on the camera. For now we have decided to get ripped off by Tech Specialist and get ours fixed for $175! I still eventually want to get a compact digital camera that takes good pictures that don't look grainy when you develop them and takes good video clips. So if you have a suggestion, I am all ears. I will look for you when/if we decide to splurg but I feel weird about you giving me a deal since we don't know each other that well. Any way that I can save money is welcomed. Thanks Amy!

I completely understand. Sounds like you had a lot of fun. Ron has had someone clean the house for me for the last two weekends and that helps me a lot. I get to spend time playing with the kids, and enjoying life not the chore. What a cute little guy.
Did I forget to tell you how beautiful you look in these pics? You do! Can't wait to see you! (I think we're gonna try and come out next weekend! Yay!)
