Tiny Moments Day 4

Hadley truely was a Tiny Moment. She was so tiny and was here for only a moment. I just wanted to post a little tribute to her as my tiny moment for the day. I am so amazed by Katijo and Jeffs courage at a time like this! I can't even comprehend losing a child and I'm amazed by the positive attitude that they have had this whole time. What a blessing Hadley has been in everyones life, even if for just a moment!

Millville, Utah - Our precious little angel, Hadley Kae Rasmussen, left her earthly life and returned into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father after complications of heart surgery and a valiant struggle and fight for14 months. She left her life on earth cuddled in the loving arms of her mother and father, surrounded by her loving and caring family on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008, at the Primary Children's Hospital. Hadley was born on November 22, 2006 in Logan, Utah, to Jeffrey Ben and Katijo Hansen Rasmussen. Hadley was a very special little angel who brought tremendous joy and happiness to her family during her short stay here on earth. She had the cutest laugh and loved to bounce in her bouncy chair. She loved bright lights, balloons and listening to music. She liked to watch everything her big sister did, and she loved to be rocked and have you tickle her face. Hadley is survived by her parents, Katie and Jeff; her big sister, Oakley Jae of Millville; her grandparents, Wayne and Janice Rasmussen and Scott and Gwen Hansen; great-grandparents, Lloyd and Beth Nyman and Nora Hansen all of Providence; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved her very much. We love you Hadley and will miss you very much but will cherish your many wonderful memories until we meet again. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, in the Allen-Hall Mortuary. Friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Interment will be in the Providence City Cemetery. A special thank you to all the doctors and nurses at the Primary Children's Hospital, the Cache Valley Electirc Family as well as all our family and many wonderful friends for their support and loving concern. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests you make a donation to the Primary Children's Hospital in Hadley's memory at Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation, P.O. Box 58249, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84158-0249 Condolences and memories may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net.
